By securing a booking with Julie Andre Makeup, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Deposits
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your booking.

Cancellations & Changes
Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Any changes to booking details, including date, time, or number of clients, must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Reductions in booking numbers may result in a loss of deposit or minimum booking requirements still applying. Additional clients requested after the original booking confirmation may be accommodated depending on availability and will incur additional fees.

Minimum Bookings
For all on-location services, a minimum number of 3 clients is required. This will be outlined at the time of enquiry.

Travel
Travel fees apply for all mobile bookings and will vary depending on location.

Punctuality
Clients are expected to arrive on time for all appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or forfeiture of the appointment at full cost.

Studio Appointments
For studio bookings, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment, with full payment still required.

Preparation
Clients are asked to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. For best results, skin should be well-prepped and hydrated prior to the appointment.

Bridal Bookings
Bridal services require a deposit to secure the wedding date. Trial appointments are recommended and are charged separately. Final numbers must be confirmed prior to the wedding date.

Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to inform Julie Andre Makeup of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to the appointment.

Touch-Up Services
Touch-up services are not included unless arranged prior to the booking and will incur additional charges.

Artist Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Julie Andre Makeup is unable to attend your booking, a full refund of the deposit will be provided and assistance will be offered in finding a suitable replacement artist.

Service Refusal
Julie Andre Makeup reserves the right to refuse service if a client displays inappropriate, unsafe or disrespectful behaviour.

No Shows
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount. Deposits will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.

Unexpected Circumstances
Julie Andre Makeup is not liable for circumstances outside of control, including illness, emergencies, or extreme weather that may prevent the booking from going ahead.
